About Carebridge

Carebridge is an Out Patient Clinic that provides health, wellness and medical services to children and adults with multiple mental health disorders. Services include counseling, consultation, psychiatric evaluation and monitoring. Medical care includes an integrative approach, incorporating holistic, Naturopathic, homeopathic and conventional medical treatment to clients with acute and chronic Mental Illness.

Carebridge Behavioral Homes provide Service(s) to Adults Living with Mental Illness, needs.

Services provided to adults, age 18 and older, struggling with mental illness, emotional and/or social problems. Specialized services include individual, couple, family and group therapy, as well as evaluation, assessment and medication treatment and monitoring.
